System overview
This system adopts video parking system of entrance and exit management. This project has one entrance and exit, which is located at the main entrance and exit of vehicles.
The parking lot management system has the functions of networking and management of multiple entrances and exits. It can monitor the current status and historical records of the whole parking system online, and manage the database. The central network management based on Ethernet is adopted. The data of each entrance and exit are transmitted remotely and shared with the central computer. The system requires a standard and open communication interface and protocol for the system, and has the functions of image contrast and automatic license plate recognition.
In the entrance of the parking lot, the pure video license plate recognition technology is used to get through the car quickly, and the entrance is equipped with video recognition machine, vehicle detection coil and electric gate, etc. The system identifies the incoming vehicles through image recognition. Video recognition machine, vehicle detection coil and electric gate are installed at the exit of the parking lot, which can carry out image comparison, vehicle confirmation and charging function.
The server of the management center communicates with the control computer of the parking lot booth through network, and is connected to the intelligent private network for management.
The video surveillance pictures of parking entrance and exit are transmitted back to the control room through the intelligent private network, and connected to the storage equipment of the first phase of the control room for storage and video recording.
The parking system is powered by UPS.
The system supports mobile payment (WeChat, Alipay payment) function.
The system can be used offline or on-line. In any case, it can record the information of incoming and outgoing vehicles. When the network is disconnected and off-line, the system runs normally, the network is connected and the data is automatically restored.
License plate recognition rate is more than 99%, starting time is less than 3 seconds.
